Client Needs
- Provide the VIP assignee with a meticulous relocation consisting of high-level detail in all aspects of the move.

Summary of the Relocation & Solutions
An introductory call was completed in a mixture of Spanish and English languages with Advocates from both the U.S and EMEA teams, who took note of all requirements, expectations and concerns. It came to light that closing off the current home lease was a focus point. MovePlus immediately arranged a trusted and vetted local consultant based in Argentina to support with closing the lease, utilities and de-registrations.
Transportation of two pets were also high on the agenda. Pet shipping came with complications as transportation for pets from Argentina was not possible. MovePlus had organized alternative arrangements whereby a divert to Mexico would enable relocation of pets, demonstrating our proactive approach to all relocations to minimize stressful situations whilst providing an effective and smooth relocation experience.
We introduced the assignee to multiple specialist vendors who provided support with a wide range of services. We felt attending the introductory calls with the vendors would be beneficial to all parties given the potential language barriers, and to ensure MovePlus were aware of any agreed actions.
Once visa requirements had been approved, MovePlus arranged travel for this VIP as a smooth transition to a new country was paramount. The Advocate team spoke directly with the assignee daily and were there to resolve minor complications that arose due to post pandemic travel.
Once the assignee had finalized a permanent rental unit, MovePlus arranged for efficient and timely payment for this and all other relocation expenses incurred.
