Your relocating employee may need to find a house, a school, apply for local registrations, learn the language, update their driver’s license, or open a bank account.

Our Destination Service Providers tailor each relocation experience, providing support and guidance each step of the way.

Orientation

Orientation or Area Tour Assistance is a wonderful way to help your talent become familiar with their new location and visualize their lifestyle in this new location. This service is especially important to help narrow down the list of suitable areas to live.

Our destination service provider will create an orientation pack that includes an itinerary, location brochures, area maps and any other relevant information.

  • Office Location, commuting options
  • Explain local housing, rental market and home finding process
  • Show main residential areas, overview of public transport links
  • Locations of relevant schools and childcare
  • Medical and emergency services locations, places of worship
  • Area points of interest, local customs and traditions
  • Local events and entertainment, shopping, recreation and leisure facilities

Settling-In Assistance

Designed to help your relocating employee through the vital first months of arriving in a new location, settling in assistance will ensure that they’re focused on their new role and are comfortable in their new surroundings.

Where possible, our providers will accompany your employees to local registration locations such as the town hall, municipal authority or Social Security office.

Where in person support is not possible, detailed information on the processes will be supplied prior to any appointments.

Support is also available for setting up bank accounts, insurance, utilities, telephone, cable and internet services.

Based on the employee’s needs, the suppliers can also assist with or provide information on:

  • parking permits
  • car lease or purchase
  • information on sourcing home furnishings
  • information on sourcing domestic help/cleaners/gardeners

An ongoing helpline is also often available for a time to help ensure a successful relocation
