We have a dedicated in-house financial operations team who approve, process and pay out all expense reimbursements globally, in line with your relocation policy.
All expenses go through a 3-stage approval and audit process, ensuring each expense is within your policy as well as the correct amount and currency. All expenses processed are paid within 7-10 business days.
Technology
Our secure platform provides a safe portal where your employees can upload relocation expenses for reimbursement, see real time payment progress and view remaining budgets where applicable. Multiple bank accounts can be added as well, reducing the amount of FX rates that may be experienced from expense reimbursements across multiple countries.
Recurring Payments
We have an efficient and accurate system for paying any ongoing fee’s that your talent may require handled throughout their assignments such as ongoing rental payments and educational costs for dependants.
Invoice Handling
MovePlus Mobility will directly manage and pay all invoices for services booked through our extensive vendor network, taking that task off your hands.
We keep you up to date on all employee spend as invoices are received, pushing forward all aspects of the relocation process.
